3. Products & Made-to-Order Nature

All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer upon purchase.

Due to this production model:

  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed once placed
  • All sales are final except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen calibration, lighting, and printing processes
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only
  • Minor variations do not constitute defects

We do not guarantee that product appearance will precisely match on-screen representations.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We use third-party payment processors and do not store or retain your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery timelines, address accuracy, lost shipments, and damage claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Defects

Returns, refunds, replacements, and defect claims are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, color variation, or subjective dissatisfaction.

 

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • To submit false claims, chargebacks, or misleading information
