Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through our store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. For this reason, all sales are final, except as expressly stated below.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or changed, including but not limited to changes in size, address, or design.
Color, Appearance & Product Variation
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
- Minor variations between on-screen images and the final printed product are normal and expected.
- Such variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect, which includes:
- Items that arrive physically damaged
- Printing errors
- Incorrect item received
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or product selection
- Color variation or subjective dissatisfaction
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
Inspection & Reporting Window
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
Any issues must be reported within 3 to 5 calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Images of the product and, where applicable, the original packaging
Claims submitted outside this timeframe, or without sufficient documentation, will not be accepted.
Resolution Method
If a claim is approved, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Issue a replacement (reprint), or
- Issue a refund for the defective item only
We do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds apply only to the affected item and do not include shipping costs.
Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Final Sale Items
All products are considered final sale, except where a verified defect is confirmed under the conditions outlined above.
