Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production
All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to production capacity.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options (such as Standard or Express, where available) are displayed at checkout and vary depending on product type, destination, and fulfillment location.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and include both production and shipping time. These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:
- Carrier transit times
- Local delivery conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Seasonal volume or force majeure events
Delivery estimates do not constitute a promise or guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may experience delays or interruptions beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events
- Peak seasonal demand
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, replacements, or charge reversals.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned to sender due to address errors
- Delays or losses caused by inaccurate address information
Any reshipment required due to address errors will be at the customer’s expense.
Lost Packages (In Transit)
If a package is not marked as delivered and appears lost in transit, customers must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost, subject to verification and carrier confirmation.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery
- Stolen packages
- Packages left unattended by the carrier
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery-related concerns using the provided tracking information.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 to 5 calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for review, customers must provide:
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product
- Photos of the original packaging, where applicable
Damage claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient documentation will not be accepted.
Approved damage claims will be resolved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, at our discretion, through a replacement or refund for the defective item only.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be produced and shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate packages. Separate shipments do not qualify for partial refunds or shipping reimbursements.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
